Easy Breakfast Recipe Hack

Do you love a quick and easy breakfast recipe that looks like you spent hours making it?

If so, come sit by me!

I’ve got the quickest, easiest breakfast casserole recipe hack to share with you!

All you need is 20 minutes and 3-4 ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

Just Three (or Four) Simple Ingredients

This strawberry cinnamon roll casserole recipe keeps things super simple: just 3 main ingredients (plus a 4th if you’re feeling a little nutty).

You’ll need a tube of canned cinnamon rolls (premade cinnamon roll dough without the fuss!), about 6-7 fresh strawberries, and a splash of heavy cream.

For those who love a little “extra”, grab some chopped walnuts or pecans—trust me, they add the best crunch!

Ingredients for Strawberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole: tube of refrigrated cinnamon rolls, heavy whipping cream, and fresh strawberries.

How to make a Strawberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.  While the oven heats, open your tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing—yes, the classic cinnamon rolls you probably have in your fridge right now!—and cut each slice into quarters.

This step creates the perfect bite-sized pieces of cinnamon roll.

Next up: the strawberries!

Give them a good rinse and hull them if needed. Slice them up into pretty little pieces—nothing fancy, just enough to spread that sweet strawberry flavor throughout the dish.

Because what’s better than decadent cinnamon rolls and fresh strawberries? Not much, if you ask me!

Next, grab your baking dish. Pour a splash of heavy cream in the bottom and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the dish.

Arrange your cut-up cinnamon roll pieces on top of the cream. Make sure to spread them out evenly so every bite is sitting in creamy goodness.

Next, sprinkle your strawberry slices on top of the dough. They’ll bake up soft and juicy, adding a fresh zing to every bite.

And if you’re feeling nutty like me, this is where you’ll scatter about ½ cup of chopped walnuts or pecans over the top.

It’s totally optional, but it’s a fun twist that makes the whole thing even more irresistible!

Now you just pop it in the oven!

Bake your strawberry cinnamon roll casserole in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye out for that golden brown top—that’s how you know it’s ready!

Your kitchen will smell like a strawberry dream, and you’ll probably have a line forming at the oven door.

Once out of the oven, drizzle the original icing from the cinnamon roll tube over the top of the cinnamon rolls.

Oooh! Sticky, sweet, and oh-so-delicious!
