This easy 3-ingredient Strawberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole is a sweet, gooey breakfast treat that’s perfect for special mornings. Ready in 20 minutes, with an optional nutty crunch for extra flavor!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Open the tube of cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Rinse and slice the strawberries.
Pour a splash of heavy cream into the bottom of a baking dish and swirl to coat.
Place the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the dish. Scatter sliced strawberries over the top. If using, sprinkle ½ cup of chopped walnuts or pecans on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle the reserved icing over the top of the cinnamon rolls. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
