A Simple Decoupage Bottle Idea

Take a recycled bottle...

...and some fun, colorful paper napkins.

Apply decoupage glue to the outside of the bottle.

Press 1-ply of the paper napkin to the bottle and smooth out any wrinkles.

Use a small paintbrush to apply glue to curved spaces.

Apply another thin layer of decoupage glue to the napkin covered bottle.

Let the glue dry completely.

Take some rope or braid...

...and wrap it around the neck of the bottle. Tie it off in a basic knot.
