Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 small bowl or jar (for the dressing)
  • 1 whisk or fork
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 serving spoons or tongs

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and hal
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves, chopped or torn
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

For the Dressing

  • 2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • zest 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • First, make the dressing. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large serving bowl, gently combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Gently toss to coat, being careful not to break up the berries.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh mint over the top. Add red onion if using. Give it one final gentle toss or leave it layered for a more elegant presentation.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors mingle. Best enjoyed the same day!
