Ingredients

Aperol

orange juice

frozen strawberries

prosecco or champagne

ice cubes
orange slices and/or basil for garnish
Instructions
Freeze Aperol and orange juice in ice cube trays for at least 4–6 hours.
In a blender, combine frozen Aperol and orange juice cubes, frozen strawberries, ice, and prosecco. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with an extra splash of prosecco, if desired.
Garnish with an orange slice and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
